We understand that unforeseen events can occur and wish to offer a transparent and fair refund policy. Please review the following terms regarding the cancellation and refund of your bookings.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

    Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
    Cancellation made 72 hours or more before arrival:
    If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date, a 70% refund of the amount paid will be issued. A 30% management fee of the total booking amount will be retained to cover the costs related to processing the booking and managing your file. These fees are intended for our hotel partners with whom we collaborate to arrange your stay and VIP services.
    Cancellation made less than 72 hours before arrival:
    If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the full booking amount will be retained. No refund will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances (such as force majeure situations, upon presentation of appropriate documentation).

  1. Refund Timeline

    Refund after cancellation:

    If your cancellation complies with the above conditions and you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5 to 15 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
    The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
    Example of refund timeline:
    If you canceled your booking within the 72-hour window, we will process your request within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation, and the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

  1. Setup Fees and Non-Refundable Charges

    A portion of your payment, corresponding to the setup fees for the booking (30% of the total amount), is non-refundable. These fees cover administrative management, room reservations, and coordination with our hotel partners. The 30% is allocated to cover the costs imposed by our hotel partners to secure your booking.

  1. Booking Modifications

    If you wish to modify your booking (change of date, room type, or hotel), we recommend contacting us at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the conditions of our hotel partners. If you make modifications less than 72 hours before arrival, cancellation fees may apply before a new booking can be made.

    If you believe the service provided does not meet your expectations or the description given on our website, you may submit a complaint within 14 days after your stay. All complaints will be taken seriously, and we will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
